Ask About A Free Class!
Judo is one of the most practiced martial arts in the world. Practitioners use balance and leverage to throw larger opponents and to wrestle with them on the ground.
It is a great art for boys and girls, men and women, and as an Olympic sport, it is also great for those who have a little bit of a competitive streak in them.
Classes will be held at Bravo Martial Arts, inside the Global Mall in Antioch, downstairs under the food court. You can enter from the side adjacent to the Ford Ice Center for quickest access.
No contracts * No long-term commitments
And judo is safe! The American College of Sports Medicine once rated it the safest contact sport for children under the age of 12! Safety is of paramount importance in judo. One of the first – and most important – skills taught is how to fall safely and how to prevent your training partner from getting hurt.
This focus on safety gives judo – one of the most practiced sports in the world – a very low incidence of injury worldwide.
